Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, specifications, and dimensions before making a purchase. If a rug is received in a defective or damaged condition, customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving their order for evaluation.
